What we do with what you give us.

This is the Privacy Policy of Personifi AI, which operates Whispr. Effective October 5, 2026.

Who we are

Whispr is operated by Personifi AI, 3300 Bee Caves Rd, Austin, TX 78746, United States. For anything about your information, write to hello@whisprlove.com.

What we collect

Whispr is not on sale yet, so today the main thing this site collects is what you type into the signup form: your name, your email address, a mobile number if you choose to give one, whether you agreed to receive text messages, and whether you ticked the box to hold a place in the first production run.

If you go on to answer the eleven questions after signing up, we keep those answers alongside your signup. Every one of those questions is skippable. If you give a phone number there so we can call you, we use it only for that call and never text it.

We also record which advertisement or link sent you: the campaign tags in the link, click identifiers added by Meta or Google, the page you came from and the page you landed on. We store these with your signup so we can measure our advertising.

The chat bubble is an automated AI assistant. What you type into it is stored, and is processed by our hosting provider and the AI service that powers it, so the conversation makes sense from one message to the next and so we can see which questions people ask. It is not designed to ask for your name, email address or phone number, so please do not type them in. Your browser keeps a short code so the same conversation is there if you come back.

Meta pixel and cookies. Your mobile number and your text message consent are never sent to Meta. These pages load a measurement pixel from Meta on every visit, whether or not you came from an advertisement. It tells Meta that your browser loaded a page, completed a signup or finished the questions, along with your IP address, browser details, the page address and Meta’s own cookie identifier. Meta may use this under its own privacy policy, including to measure and target advertising. Your browser’s tracking protection or an ad blocker will stop it. This site also keeps the advertising tags described above in your browser for the length of your visit.

The fonts on these pages are served by Google, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

Who we share it with

We share information only with companies that help us run this site and service: Kit, our email service; Cloudflare, which hosts the site, the signup records and the chat; the AI service that powers the chat; our text messaging provider and the mobile carriers; Meta, for the advertising measurement described above; and Google, which serves the fonts. When deposits open, a payment processor will handle card details, and we will never see or store your full card number.

What we do not do

We do not sell your detailsWe never give your name, email or phone number to advertisers or data brokers. We do use Meta’s pixel, described above. Some state laws call that kind of sharing a sale, so we are telling you plainly that it happens.
We do not email you about anything elseYou joined a list about one product. That is what the list is for.
We do not text you unless you opted inAnd if you did, reply STOP once and it stops.

Text messages and your mobile number

If you give us a mobile number and opt in to text messages, we use that number only to send you the Whispr messages described in our Terms and Conditions.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, and this holds no matter what any other part of this policy says about sharing. The only companies that handle your mobile number are the hosting and messaging providers that store it and deliver the messages for us, and the mobile carriers, and they may use it for that purpose only.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to cancel, or HELP for help.

How long we keep it

We keep your signup details and answers until Whispr launches or you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Chat conversations are deleted when we no longer need them to improve the answers, or sooner if you ask. We keep a record of text message consent and opt-outs for four years so we can show we honored them.

Getting your details back, or gone

Write to hello@whisprlove.com and ask to see what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will do it within 30 days and we will not ask you why. The one exception is the minimum we must keep to honor an opt-out or meet a legal obligation.

Do Not Track

This site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Meta may collect information about your activity on this site and on other sites over time.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Security

We limit access to your information to the people and providers who need it, and it is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you if a breach affects you.

Outside the United States

Whispr is offered only in the United States and our records are kept here. Please do not sign up from outside the United States.

About voices

No voice is recorded by this website. The product is designed so that a voice is enrolled by the person it belongs to, on their own phone, because they chose to, and so that they can remove it again. The speaker will also record what its owner says in order to send her messages and, if the companion is turned on, to talk with her and remember earlier conversations. Before launch we will publish exactly what is recorded, how long it is kept and how it can be deleted.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change we will post it here with a new effective date and email everyone on the list before it takes effect.
